Preschool Information
Our school day begins at 9:30 am. We have chapel every day, where we learn Bible stories, pray, and sing songs. Weather permitting, we play outside on the playground daily. When the weather does not permit, we play in the sanctuary. The children bring snack and lunch from home each day. Dismissal is at 1:30 pm. To prevent potential traffic concerns, we have a drop off window of 9:15-9:30 and a pick up window of 1:15-1:30.

Grace Church Preschool is absolutely amazing. My oldest has attended for a couple years and we are planning to send all our kids here. We have been going to Grace Church Preschool since 2021 and we have loved every minute of it! Our kids teachers have always been so sweet and kind. Our oldest is autistic and they were very understanding and supportive. Her prek teacher was the best - she set very clear and firm boundaries and didn’t let our daughter get away with anything, but she never once raised her voice or spoke harshly. She was so patient and so kind and so loving towards our daughter. This firm yet kind approach was EXACTLY what our daughter needed to thrive. 2 years later our daughter still talks about her AND this teacher still sends little cards or treats home with our other kids to give to our daughter!
The principal is very approachable and kind - our family has been through the wringer the past several years between multiple moves, death of immediate family, financial hardships, etc. She has worked with us and the school as a whole has supported us through some enormously difficult times and we just couldn’t be more thankful.

All of my children have or still attend Grace Church preschool in Cary. The level of care my children receive there is incredible. Grace Church Preschool is a gem! Both of our kids went through the preschool, and we are so blessed to have walked through these early years of our kids' lives with this amazing community.
It’s a warm, loving, and nurturing environment, where kids know they are loved and cared for—not just taught, but truly known and loved by all the teachers and staff. The teachers pour their hearts into what they do, and you can see it in how much the kids grow academically and spiritually, and just how happy they are to be at school.
The heart of the school is Kathy, the Director of the preschool. You can tell how deeply she cares about the students, the teachers, the families, and the greater community. She takes the time to get to know students and families, and she's wonderfully shepherded the school to be the fun, safe, welcoming, and enriching place that it is.
We’re so grateful for our time at Grace, and we're sad to leave as our youngest goes to Kindergarten next year! But we are so thankful for the foundation and confidence that Grace has given our kids to prepare them for all the adventures ahead.

I cannot express enough my gratitude for this preschool. My granddaughter has thrived there. The staff truly go above and beyond to make each child loved. I have no words about what an amazing place Grace church school is! My daughter has gone there for 2 years and graduated this year to go to kindergarten. Sniff sniff. She and I will miss the amazing staff that has prepared her beyond my expectations for her new venture but I am so glad that our son will get to experience this amazing school too!
